This website is run by Inkline Digital LLC (“Inkline”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We only collect information you choose to give us. When you run the growth diagnostic or ask for a strategy call, we ask for:

• Your name, email address and, if you choose to share it, your phone number
• Your business name and website
• Your answers to the diagnostic questions and the score they produce
• Which page and button you started from, so we know what you were reading

When you email us, we receive whatever you include in your message.

What we do not collect

This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. Our fonts and scripts are served from our own site, so visiting a page does not share your details with third-party font or script providers. See our Cookie Policy for more.

How we use your information

We use the information you share to:

• Review your diagnostic and reply with relevant priorities
• Arrange and prepare for a call you have asked for
• Answer your questions and keep a record of our conversation
• Deliver and manage work if you become a client

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your permission.

Where data protection laws such as the UK or EU GDPR apply, we rely on your consent when you submit a form, on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Who we share it with

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and diagnostic information for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep project records for as long as needed to meet our contractual and legal obligations.
