Questions, answered.

The things founders ask us most before we start working together, from how a project begins to what AI integration looks like in practice.

01What does Inkline Digital actually do?

We help businesses grow through three connected services: brand & marketing, data & business insights, and AI & automation. You can work with us on one area or bring them together so the plan, the work, and the results all line up.

02Who do you usually work with?

Founders and lean teams at startups and growing businesses. Typically you already have a product or service people want, and you need a clearer way to reach customers, measure results, and cut manual work.

03What does AI integration mean in practice?

We connect AI to the tools you already use, such as your CRM, inbox, and reporting, to handle repeatable work like summarising enquiries, drafting replies, and updating records. A person on your team stays in the loop to review anything that matters.

04How does a project start?

With a short call and the growth diagnostic. We look at where things are stuck, agree on the priorities, and send a clear proposal with scope, timeline, and cost before any work begins.

05How long does a typical engagement take?

Most focused projects run four to twelve weeks. Ongoing support such as campaigns, reporting, or automation upkeep can continue monthly once the foundations are in place.

06How do you measure success?

We agree on the numbers that matter before we start, like qualified enquiries, conversion rate, or hours saved. Then we report against them in a dashboard you can check at any time.

07Do we need to use all three services?

No. Many clients start with one, often brand & marketing or analytics, and add others when it makes sense. Everything we build is designed to connect later without starting over.

08How is pricing structured?

Most work is scoped as a fixed-price project so you know the cost up front. Ongoing support is a monthly retainer. We share the full breakdown in the proposal, before anything starts.

09Who owns the work when the project ends?

You do. Brand assets, content, dashboards, and automations are handed over with the documentation your team needs.

10Which tools and platforms do you work with?

We work with what you already use where we can, such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Notion, Slack, and common CRMs, and only suggest new tools when they clearly pay for themselves.

Bring us the growth challenge that keeps repeating.

We’ll help you find the decision, system, or story that moves it forward.
